Who provides the app
Scrub Before Send is provided by Dragan Atanasov, EU VAT ID PL6762491554. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@datanasov.com.
License and store terms
When you download the app through an app store, that store's applicable terms and license agreement govern your purchase and license. When the macOS app becomes available through the App Store, Apple's applicable terms and the Apple Standard EULA will apply. Scrub Before Send will be a one-time paid download with no subscription and no in-app purchases.
Using the app
You may use Scrub Before Send for lawful purposes and for images you have the right to inspect and edit. You remain responsible for reviewing the app's findings and for deciding what to share. Do not use the app to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
Availability and updates
We may update, improve, or discontinue features to maintain and improve the app. We aim to provide a reliable product, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every sensitive detail in every image will be detected.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available. Scrub Before Send is a privacy utility, not legal, security, or compliance advice. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
